Q: When will my order be processed?

A: Generally, we process all orders which are received on the same business day. Non In-Stock products orders received after Thursday are processed and delivered on the following week.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Please allow at least 3 business days for delivery. However it is subjected to delivery zone and item availability.

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?

A: We offer free delivery for each order of $50 and above. For orders below $50, we charge a fee of $8 per trip. For areas within CBD, there will be a $3 ERP surcharge.

Q: What If I want a product that is not displayed on your website?

A: Should you be looking for an item that is not displayed on our website, please contact us at info.petso2@.gmail.com or via phone at (65) 9654-9923. We have immediate access to thousands of non-displayed items including a wide variety of all-natural pet food, accessories and supplements. We understand that the needs of different pets vary and we look forward to helping your with your special requests.

Q: Why is a certain item on backorder or out-of-stock?

A: Many of the pet food and items are ordered in small batches in order to ensure quality and freshness. As the products are naturally preserved with varying shelf life, it is not practical for large quantities of a certain item to be stored in our shipping facility as a means of preventing all possible shortages. On occasion, a manufacturer will run out of a certain item or items which can result in a delay in shipping your order. In these situations, we will notify you immediately as to the details of the delay. Fortunately we offer a wide selection of products and there are likely to be many great alternatives that we can suggest should your pet's favourite item be temporarily unavailable.

Q: I want to change my order, what do I need to do?

Q: Do you provide repacking services?

A: Yes, we can repack pet food into smaller sealed bags at no additional cost. Please state your request in the comment box during checkout. By requesting repacking service, the product is not returnable and is deemed sold once we have process the order and repacked the pet food except where an incorrect or defective product was shipped.

Q: Are PetsO2.com.sg and PetsO2.com related in some way? Why are the prices different for some products?

A: We are in the midst of migrating from PetsO2.com to PetsO2.com.sg. Due to the wide range of items, we are still updating the price lists. Right now, we accept orders from both websites. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
