Order Policy

Before submitting your order, the ordering “Preview” process offers you the chance to check all the details again (e.g. name, address, payment method, and items ordered) and make changes if necessary.

Once you have gone through the ordering process at PetsO2.com by entering the details as prompted, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods from PetsO2 by clicking on the button "Place order" in the section "5 Preview".

This offer is accepted and the contract thereby concluded by dispatching the goods you ordered. The contract is therefore brought about when the goods you ordered are dispatched. In certain cases, we may ask you for proof of identification and generally reserve the right not to enter into contract.

The details of your order are electronically stored. If you would like a printed copy, you can print out the "Order Confirmation" which appears on your screen once you have submitted your order. If you have provided us with your e-mail address then you will also receive all the relevant details of your order by e-mail, which you can then print out directly.


Delivery Policy

Deliveries can only be made while stocks last. In the very rare case that goods are not deliverable, we reserve the right to accept an offer in part.

Generally, we aim to deliver your Order(s) within 2-4 working days. However, we shall notify you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, cost, damages, charges or expenses arising out from the late delivery. 

If you purchase $50.00 or above in a single order, delivery is FREE!

Delivery charge is $8.00 for purchase below $50.00.

*NOTE: Additional charges apply for delivery to Central Business District areas, Sentosa and Jurong Island. Determiniation of such charges that include but are not limited to Electronic Road Pricing (ERP), entrance fees and parking charge, are at the sole discretion of Pets O2.



Return Policy

For any defects found upon receipt of item, please contact us immediately within 3 business days. A one-to-one exchange or refund will be given should the item be concluded to be defective from the manufacturer, Pets O2 reserves the right to offer either one option. For one-to-one exchange, this will be conducted during the subsequent delivery order.
